All services require a 24-Hour non-emergency cancellation or rescheduling without being charged a fee. The cancellation fee will be 50% of the price of the service booked if cancelled or rescheduled after 24-hour mark.
However, a cancellation within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment, or a no call/no show occurs, the client will be charged 100% of the service booked.
As a courtesy to us and our other clients, we ask that you refrain from cell phone use during your appointment. Although, we do suggest wearing earbuds to play your choice of relaxing music once your service has started.
We strive to make your experience as pleasant as possible. Phone conversations & alerts can be disruptive to clients, as well as interrupt your service & allotted time dedicated for you.
We also do not allow anyone to accompany you to your appointment.
